Born into a family where beauty comes as natural as breathing, Master Artisan and Creative Director Gregory Yap Sam always believed in the power of beauty. After three decades in the beauty industry he became increasingly frustrated. Product lines couldn’t meet his high standards. Personal care companies pushed unneeded products. Personalized attention, professionalism and customer service deteriorated. Disillusioned, clients turned to at home and do it yourself procedures and processes. Experiencing beauty turned ugly. Something had to be done – the Inza experience was born.
