Guidelines for You to Make the Most of Your Visit
Please arrive fifteen minutes before the time of your scheduled appointment. This will give you enough time fill out registration forms, if applicable, and get ready, without taking away any time from your service.
We understand that things happen in life but we must keep our time commitments to our clients. We appreciate your cooperation in advising us of any changes to your appointments well in advance. No-show are charged full service fee without notification. Cancellations 12 hours and less prior to your appointment will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable. No refunds are provided in this case.
In order to take advantage of package price discounts, we require complete payment at your first appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. If you prefer to make payments every visit, we require payment for the next appointment to confirm your appointment.
No refunds are made for service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. We have a 7 day Return Policy on products for the full purchase price and must not be used.
Just relax and enjoy your private time during your stay at hour spa. Please turn off you cellphones while receiving your service.
A gratuity is evidence that you are appreciative of the service you’ve received. Gratuity of 18% to 20% of service price is appreciated but definitely not expected. If you intend to pay a gratuity please consider the price of the service you have received.
We appreciate you sharing your positive experience with your friends and family. A Referral Gift of $20.00 will be credited to your account when your referral guest checks out from their first visit at Inza Salon for services provided. The guest MUST write your name on their client profile for proper credit to be given. No retroactive referral credit will be given.
